Silicon Material

In 2023, Runergy launched a project in Ordos, Inner Mongolia, with an annual capacity of 55,000 tons of industrial silicon and 50,000 tons of polysilicon. The company also acquired 1.2 million tons of silicon ore resources, securing a critical raw material supply and achieving dual advantages in cost and delivery.

The project was completed and put into operation within the same year, leading the industry with a construction timeline six months ahead of schedule. Runergy has established a comprehensive traceability system that fully meets compliance requirements in markets such as the United States, providing global customers with a more stable and transparent supply chain.

Wafers

Runergy has built a production capacity of 15GW for crystal pulling and 20GW for wafer slicing, equipped with 480 crystal growth furnaces and 100 slicing machines to ensure efficient and stable supply.

Leveraging self-developed advanced equipment, Runergy’s wafers have passed the ECS Life Cycle Certification in France and support full-process, one-stop traceability. The products cover all mainstream specifications on the market, helping customers improve cell efficiency and enhance their downstream competitiveness.

Monocrystalline Silicon Wafers

Runergy’s wafer production lines are equipped with industry-leading equipment. Through continuous benchmarking and optimization of production, processes, and quality control, the company achieves above-average performance in terms of yield, output rate, and customer satisfaction. A complete traceability system and verified origin documentation ensure transparency across the entire supply chain.
