Corporate Social Responsibility Policy

To demonstrate the company’s good image of social responsibility, a social responsibility policy has been formulated. The social responsibility guidelines are posted throughout the company, communicated to suppliers and customers where necessary, and made available on the company’s website.

Company’s Social Responsibility Policy:

The company guarantees compliance with all provisions of SA8000:2014.

The company guarantees compliance with national laws and other applicable policies and regulations, respects the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, international conventions, and their interpretations. The top management identifies risks related to human rights according to the requirements of the social responsibility standards and other signed requirements of the company, and regularly reviews the adequacy, suitability, and continued effectiveness of company policies, procedures, and performance. The management system shall be revised and improved as necessary. The company gradually requires suppliers, contractors, and other related parties to comply with relevant laws and regulations.

The company has established a systematic and documented management system to translate the principles of SA8000:2014 into operational procedures and specific actions that permeate all production and business activities, ensuring continuous improvement and compliance with social responsibility standards.

The company records, implements, maintains, and communicates the social responsibility policy effectively. The policy is available in an easy-to-understand form to all employees, including senior executives, managers, supervisors, and non-management personnel.

Employees enjoy freedom of association and collective bargaining rights. The company does not support child labor, protects minors, and opposes all forms of forced labor and discrimination.

Risk identification and prevention are prioritized to ensure the health and safety of employees.

The company complies with national working time regulations, minimizes overtime, protects employee benefits, and ensures wages are paid transparently without deductions for punitive reasons.

The company strengthens health education for employees, including HIV/AIDS prevention, and does not discriminate against any patients.

The company’s social responsibility policy is documented, implemented, and continuously improved through management review.
